Two-Sided Hip Fracture
With the coxarthrosis secondary to hip dysplasia diagnosis for female patient of 33 years of age, first cementless total arthroplasty on left hip, 6 months later with the shortening, cementless total hip arthroplasty on right hip were performed. Leg lengths were equalised.
Bilateral cementless hip total arthroplasty in the same session was performed for male patient of 45 years of age with secondary coxarthroa in the avascular necrosis base in both hips.
