Two-Sided Hip Fracture
With the coxarthrosis secondary to hip dysplasia diagnosis for female patient of 33 years of age, first cementless total arthroplasty on left hip, 6 months later with the shortening, cementless total hip arthroplasty on right hip were performed. Leg lengths were equalised.
Coxarthrosis
Bilateral cementless hip total arthroplasty in the same session was performed for male patient of 45 years of age with secondary coxarthroa in the avascular necrosis base in both hips.
One-Sided Hip Fracture
Cementless total hip arthroplasty with shorthening osteotomy for the 52 year-old patient with secondary coxarthrosis on the base of one sided hip fracture at height.
In the case of two sided secondary gonarthrosis related to rheumatoid arthritis, application of total knee arthroplasty where bone defects were also reconstructed.
