Renal osteodystrophied secondary, bilateral genu varum deformity in female patient of 18 years of age were corrected with fixator assisted nailing technique. Due to not using external fixator, patient's mobility range was preserved. Nails are protecting the metabolic deformity against deformity relapse.

Correction of left tibia curvature and shortness related to Ollier Disease in a girl patient of 7 years of age with circular external fixator (illizarov).
Forearm Deformity Related to Osteochrondrome
Acute correction with osteotomy and plate - screw fixing on radius, lengthening with unilateral external fixator (LRS) on ulna was performed for male patient of 14 years of age due to ulna shortness and radius deformity related to osteochondrome.
Female patient who has been operated on 4 times before due to lower extremity shortness and deformities related to hypochondroplasie was performed fixator assisted acute deformity correction and plating for femur distal edge, bifocal deformity correction and lengthening surgery with Ilizarov device in tibia.
